It wouldn't be a surprise for any of them. Another certain Councillor moved profitable packages of care for the elderly and vulnerable to his wife's care agency when privatised a few years ago. From market trader to Dep Leader! The less profitable ones went to external agencies. Reassuring to know where my council tax goes. Helping to line their own pockets! Voting Tory or BNP next time after being life long labour.
